3 Strategies for Authentic and Decisive Leadership

About the class

When you consider the organizational, cultural, and operational issues that beset many organizations, poor-quality or irrational decisions by leaders tend to be the common denominator.

Being able to face professional challenges with sustained authenticity can have a resounding impact on how we are perceived and our effectiveness as leaders.

This webinar will teach you three strategies for creating a template for authentic leadership. By using such a template, you will make consistent and better quality decisions, which in turn drives trust and productivity from your team.
