In this exciting role as a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the responsibility for developing, enhancing and verification of a system of systems.

A Day in The Life

  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Lead SW verification activities for GUI application by developing compressive test strategies
  • Develop SW automation solution using Python or Squish to improve inefficiencies in SW Verification
  • Design and develop test automation scripts, enhance test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with SW developer and SW Architect to enable testability of the Software
  • Responsible for ensuring test coverage of product software requirements across the application software
  • Leads functional process, practice, and tool improvement initiatives by being early adopter of ideas
  • Functions well in a team environment.  Gains consensus, leads, influences, and ensures cross-functional participation and feedback.
  • Demonstrates good test design practices and methodologies.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a software verification engineer leading all phases of development of a medical device from concept phase, proof of design testing, development testing, SW release and maintenance.
  • Experience with Medical Product verification and FDA Quality Systems Regulations (QSR) on complex medical device
  • Thorough understanding of test engineering practices techniques across SW life cycle
  • Familiarity in test automation practices such as BDD, MBT
  • Ability to create test automation infrastructure and plan for automated regression testing.
