Job Description

• You conduct account checks and client communication on high-risk accounts 
• You perform ongoing monitoring of client accounts
• You triage and investigate cases flagged by business and our monitoring  
• You work closely with internal stakeholders to define and refine monitoring and alert processes with the main aim to decrease false/positive alerts and increase reaction time
• You create end to end documentation to maintain audit readiness 
• You support multi-functional change projects designed to enhance systems, processes, and data accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a high attention to detail
• Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments
• Experienced with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana
• Basic knowledge with SQL or any other programming language is required
• Previous experience on AML topics is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English (both writing and speaking)
• Native Level of German language is required for this position
