What You’ll Do

A Senior Director is responsible for providing consulting services to support our clients’ efforts to improve capital project delivery across the pillars of people, process, and technology.  Responsibility for the day-to-day delivery activities of our advisory services projects including deliverables to support needs assessments, system selection, requirements definition, system implementation, and project delivery. 

Tasks may include:

  • Facilitate and determine customer requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes, reviewing artifacts, and leading focused requirements workshops
  • Building relationships with all appropriate stakeholders and key leads in various areas to ensure overall project success
  • Design solutions to meet customer requirements through requirement analysis, development of business rules, development of business process diagrams, development of use cases, and drafting of specifications
  • Leverages personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice based solutions
  • Contributes to the development of test cases, training materials, and other content required to ensure successful solution adoption
  • Managing a small team of Configuration consultants in support of the configuration of EcoSys
  • Mentors, coaches, and trains team of EcoSys Consultants and Senior Consultants
  • Assesses talent (Internal and External) and provides feedback to management
  • Look for new, different, and innovative ways to leverage existing and new product capabilities to improve performance, improve business results, and create buy-in and commitment within client organizations– pushing the boundaries and capabilities of our integrated delivery teams
  • Conducting business process assessments and development of business processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects
  • Creates and enables reinforcement mechanism and measurement metrics to ensure sustainability
  • Provide Functional Solution Architecture for Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Project Management processes and/or Project Management Information Systems (Including Project Management/Delivery, Cost Management, Risk Management, Schedule / Resource Management, and Estimating)
  • Develop engagement specific approaches to Training and Organizational Change Management

What You Will Need To Succeed  

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Communications, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or related discipline
  • Excellent mathematical and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry (either in Project Delivery or Technology Implementations) or a related profession
  • Minimum 8 years of experience designing, configuring and implementing EcoSys – preferably with experience as a Solution Architect.
  • Previous experience in consulting and delivering consulting engagements to large enterprise clients
  • Proficient knowledge of PC environment and related software including Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Access and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and training with the following industry solutions:
    • Aconex / Aconex Connected Cost
    • EcoSys EPC / Hexagon PPM
    • Primavera P6 EPPM scheduling software
    • Primavera Unifier
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and exhibits a strong executive presence
  • Multilingual English, Spanish, Portuguese (written and verbal)
  • Experience with software development in Java, C#, SQL, and/or VBA
  • Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition, and enthusiasm
  • Experience in business development activities
  • Able to delegate and supervise the work of others
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing work loads
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful
  • Ability to work well under pressure
