This role supports the vision and direction for Security initiatives that support the company’s business objectives and requirements. The incumbent will consult on all aspects of Information Security across the enterprise, design and implement Identity and Access Management solutions, and consult with corporate and third-party application development teams to facilitate integration with new or existing IDM/IAM solutions and achieve business objectives. This position is one for a highly motivated person. The person for this role should be an engineer who has implementation/hands-on experience with the platforms described below.

Duties Include:

• Privileged Identity Management (Azure, GCP, AWS, and other cloud-native Identity Management).

• Privileged Access Management (On-Prem and Cloud) with a focus on Least Privilege

• Support vaulted secrets platforms and patterns.

• Active Directory experience with nested group remediation.

• Experience with Hybrid Cloud environment and Identity.

• Support Identity and Access Management design, development, and enhancements in Sailpoint IIQ platform.

• Single sign-on (SAML/OAuth), end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems.

• Evaluate and install patches and resolve software-related problems.

Education and Experience:      

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or CISM are preferred but not required.

• 3-5+ years of experience involving work directly related to security control evaluation and implementation of Identity and Privileged Access Management systems. 

Skills:

• Must-Have Cloud IAM experience in Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform.

• Must have hands-on deployment experience with Privileged Access Management (On-Prem and Cloud) and privileged Identity Management with a focus on Least Privilege.

• Intermediate-level experience with an understanding of identity management, privileged account management, single sign-on, and security concepts.

• Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Privileged Identity Management).

• Intermediate-level experience with Google Security Platform (Privileged Identity Management).

• Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

• Intermediate-level experience with PowerShell language and/or other scripting language preferred.
