Position Overview:

We are looking for a Systems Analyst I with a strong foundation in product management and data analysis to join our product development team. This role is crucial for someone who is passionate about understanding and improving product offerings through insightful data analysis and effective project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing system requirements, managing product lifecycles, and facilitating scrum meetings to ensure agile and efficient project progression.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed system and product analyses to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Collaborate with product managers to define and refine product features and requirements.

• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights that guide product strategy and development.

• Facilitate scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure agile project management and timely delivery of product enhancements.

• Serve as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders to communicate product features, changes, and impacts effectively.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and system models.

• Support the implementation of new products and features, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product management and agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in systems analysis, product management, or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience facilitating scrum meetings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and product management principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
