Job Summary:

Would you like to join a fun, hardworking agile development team that’s pioneering exciting changes in the mortgage industry? Then our Product Team wants to hear from you. We’re looking for a Mobile Application Architect ready to jump in and take on responsibility for creating web and mobile solutions that will be used by our 4 million-strong customer base.

We need someone who’s great at working collaboratively with other teams, and knows how to take a project from conception to analysis, prototyping, visual design, and implementation. Most of all, we need someone who always keeps the customer’s viewpoint front and center at every phase of every project. (If you’re good at ping pong, that’s a plus too.)

Our Product team lives and breathes Agile methodology (Extreme Programming, to be specific). Developers work closely with product managers, engineers, and outside business stakeholders to launch products quickly and improve them constantly, based on real feedback. Your background in enterprise application development will be a major asset to the team as we create modern apps that can integrate with traditional enterprise systems. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced user interactive mobile applications for Android platform and iOS platforms.

• Work Collaboratively with product management team to prototype, visual design and implement new features ensuring the customer's view remains focus.

• Develop and modify modern software that integrates with other systems to build highly scalable and well documented software code that is reusable and reliable.

• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

• Maintain source code in GIT SCM repositories. Participating in regular code reviews and pair-programming activities. Debug production issues that arise and develop corrective code.

• Monitor production logs for any anomalies in operations of modules deployed.

• Closely monitoring technical debt, and providing recommendations when technical trade-offs are required.

Core Requirements:

• B.S in CS/Engineering with 5 years’ professional mobile development experience or equivalent.

• Extensive knowledge in the Apple App Store, Apple Certificate Signing/Generation, Apple Approval Process, Google Play store , Google Play store approval process, and publishing apps.

• Experience developing with Android SDK and iOS platforms.

• Solid development experience in Java (Android), Kotlin, Swift, and Objective-C programming languages.

• Thorough understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.

• Strong experience with version management using Git in a continuous integration environment. Strong experience in TDD and developing well-tested and organized applications.

• Familiarity with Cloud environments(AWS/Azure).

• Experience leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers.

• Experience with building REST apis and knowledge of SAML/OIDC authentication protocols

• Experience with beta testing release tools such as Crashlytics,TestFlight.

• Good communicator and team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
