Director, Order Management & Procure to Pay

The Director Order Management & Procure to Pay managers the technology relationship with the business, its stakeholders and process owners whilst ensuring all respective technical work of our implementation providers and internal team members delivers on the requirements agreed with the business, on time, with high quality and within budget. 

The role also implements and manages a continuous improvement program to improve quality, consistency, and satisfaction on delivery of technology namely Oracle Order Management and Oracle Procure to Pay

What you’ll do

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions.

• Work collaboratively with implementation partners and internal team members to design a solution that will meet the business requirements.

• Provide thought and technical leadership and best practices on the Oracle platform.

• Manage solution design to transform and migrate the businesses processes, approvals and finance best practice into Oracle

• Interface directly with other Application Owners (Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Financials) and the Integration Team to ensure delivery of an efficient end to end process for the business.

• Manage day-to day relationships with implementation providers and internal team members to deliver services that meet or exceed business and customer expectations 

• Ensures all implementation partners perform the services agreed to in a manner that is consistent with both the spirit and the letter of the agreement 

• Works with implementation providers, IT teams, and business partners to implement continuous improvement activities

What you’ll need 

• Must be a citizen or have valid visa with 10+ years of experience leading software development, architecture, and solution design

• Experience in Project delivery with Oracle Order Management and awareness of integrations with ServiceNow and multiple Inventory systems.

• Experience in Oracle Procure to Pay, Supplier Management, Job Costings and Procurement set ups and general administration.

• Good knowledge of Oracle architecture and associated data flows across the various modules (Order Management into Subscription Management, Supplier Management and Procure to Pay).

• Good design knowledge to differentiate presentation, logic, data layer processes and services

• Experience with cloud platforms, security, integration, and scrum agile delivery model

• Oracle certifications a plus
