We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of the lifecycle marketing strategies acquire and convert customers. You will be able to learn and use our marketing technology (Segment and Iterable) to develop orchestrated campaigns across channels. This role reports to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing based in Irvine, California but will also work across the broader marketing team.

Requirements
What you’ll do:

  • Assist in the development & delivery of growth marketing activity that seeks to increase customer acquisition & transactions from our Xe audiences.
  • Increase conversion of new customers by utilizing our promotional engine through cross channel communication.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Xe’s marketing technology to create engaging, impactful communications to our customers and prospects onsite and via email & app.
  • Communicate currency news and market volatility to customers to increase awareness and drive transactions.
  • Utilize data and reporting to assess campaign performance and drive success through testing and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaign specific requirements and support marketing managers as needed, serving as the coordinator between them.
  • Ensure campaign implementation adheres to Xe Brand, Legal & Compliance guidelines by working with the appropriate teams, always adhering to and advocating for the Xe Brand.
  • You will be responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day operations of the lifecycle marketing platform and have an impact on team KPIs.
