Primary Responsibilities:  

As the Digital Content Marketing Director for Web and App, you will be responsible for owning, developing and implementing the marketing content strategy across our web and app products globally to assist towards business targets as they relate to organic growth.

You will manage a small but growing team of web content marketers and copywriters to help build up the content strategy around the different websites globally, and focus on driving organic growth for both the web and app products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including the broader marketing organization, the paid media team, designers, data analysts and external partners to optimize campaigns, maximize new user acquisition and retention, and continuously explore new opportunities to test and learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and revise content plans to support business priorities.
• Build global team to support content creation in strategic languages
• Manage agency relationships, including strategy, budgets, and deliverables. 
• Select and manage tools and resources to support content development and execution.
• Manage social, production and copy leads and group contributions to content program
• Service our internal clients across all digital channels and implement processes to manage content requests
• Analyze results and provide recommendations on findings and insights to key agency/client stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Have:

• Minimum 10 years of proven work experience as a senior-level Content Director or similar role
• Experience overseeing content strategy and development of web and app content, site structure, header/footer, blog, landing page content, etc. 
• Strong technical understanding of CMS platforms and A/B testing platforms
• Strong leadership to help drive the different goals across the global landscape, while managing expectations for leadership and key players in the web and app product arena.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to lead meetings and present recommendations to leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Aptitude for quantitative data with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into business insights
• An understanding of content generation for SEO
• Self-motivated personality with a constant improvement mindset

• Experience with Branch, Amplitude, Firebase and Power BI
• Multilingual (Spanish and English) is a BIG PLUS
