SalesForce Release Manager

The SalesForce Release Manager will join our team and collaborate, engage and assist with various projects. The team supports various lines of business while partnering, developing and supporting custom applications to fulfill their needs and help them operate effectively and efficiently.

RESPONSBILITES

• Responsible for conducting technical code reviews
• Responsible for code release and deployment activities
• Participates in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and status
• Creates and manages technical documentation
• Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.
• Performs development activities as assigned
• Collaborates with application developers, designers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
• Ensure release acceptance, including Business sign-off of UAT.
• Release documentation, communications, and training.
• Implement a source control system.
• Ensure teams follow the company's established policies and procedures. Follow the service release and deployment policy and planning.
• Ensure all data migration complete successfully.
• Manage all aspects of the end-to-end release process.
• Perform environment refreshes while ensuring they are done appropriately.
• Work with development staff to troubleshoot environment issues

 Required Technical Skills

• 3-5 years of SalesForce Design and Development experience
• Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects
• Expertise in Apex, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript and HTML
• Develop and maintain Visualforce, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
• Effective communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills
• Experience working with Agile development processes and Agile tools such as JIRA
• Familiar With Dev Ops, BitBucket, Cloud Bees
