The Salesforce Operations Analyst will lead the ongoing development of our salesforce.com environment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform.

The Salesforce Operations Analyst will work closely with functional leaders, interpersonal units, and domain experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including: Sales, Marketing, Customer process areas. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce.com analyst.

The Salesforce Operations Analyst will be responsible for the operational stability and data integrity of our CRM platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Field Applications Engineers, Customer Success, Operations and other teams

• Ensure operational stability and standard methodologies for supported systems, processes & tools including Salesforce and various tools utilized by our customers

• Design, document, build, test and deploy improvements to objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts and notifications, email templates, triggers and workflows, process builder, reports, views and dashboards

• Build and update training materials, develop and conduct training sessions and ongoing webinars for both new hires as well as continual education.

• Update users, maintain user hierarchy rules, roles, permission sets, and profiles to ensure system security.

• Provide end-user support for Salesforce.com environment

• Play a key role in strategic company initiatives, providing expert impact & gap analysis during requirements gathering, solution design and testing phases

• Translate business requirements into outstanding and scalable solutions

• Partner with IT and consultant relationships

• Spearhead work assignments/priorities, setting expectations for quality and timelines

• Participate in tools & vendor selection

• Build and lead Sales governance processes

• Perform quality reviews of designs and delivered solutions for both internal and partner resources

• Assist in improving data quality and integrity as well as defining a data management strategy

• Provide subject matter expertise on reporting and analytics

• Demonstrable experience in helping formulate global application strategies

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree 

• Salesforce.com Administration Certification is Required.

• 3+ years’ experience delivering Salesforce.com administrative and declarative development solutions

• Experience handling all aspects of CRM (Account, Contacts, Opportunity Management, Account Planning, Forecasting, Reporting)

• Proficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench and Excel to support data analysis & quality initiatives

• Extensive experience understanding business processes and needs with strong ability to translate business requirements into solid, outstanding technical solutions

• Experience with Lightning Experience preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
