Duties

Lead Center of Excellence (CoE) within the company with specialized teams to establish systematically cultivate, develop and maintain a high level of proficiency, innovation and best practices; provide expertise and knowledge, fostering continuous improvement, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration; provide enhanced customer satisfaction while providing unique expertise and talent development within the organization; accountable for all practice development aspects and for providing variety of top-quality technical services and offerings around capabilities and competence of assigned practice; grow the maturity of Practice in all areas of expertise management, reach the business targets, evolve the service offerings and scale the competence over the global organization; monitor technology landscape changes in the market; comprehend how emerging technologies supplement Practice capabilities to optimize, improve existing services and offerings, or invests to introduce new capabilities if applicable; responsible for annual and longer-term business plans execution, forecasts, and performance against business key performance indicators develops business cases for key Practice development activities and initiatives investments; estimates the financial and human resources required to deliver performance targets; and collaborates internally with Delivery organization, Talent Operations, Engineering and Technology, Competence Management, HR, and Marketing teams to reach the growth and service evolution goals.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or closely related field plus ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or ten (10) years of experience in a related occupation utilizing knowledge of software architecture principles and practices; designing software systems; working with complex software implementation projects; and experience with pre-sales, SME presentations, and proposal preparation.
