Who You Are:

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be at the forefront of crafting and executing strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders from the Marketing, Revenue, and additional internal teams to lead campaigns and special projects under tight deadlines and for maximum impact.

This role is ideal for an experienced proactive and results-driven marketing professional to make a tangible impact within the marketing organization.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate brings a history of launching marketing projects and will be responsible for establishing collaborative relationships with all departments critical to the success of each marketing campaign or project. This role is perfect for you if you are the scrappy, roll up your sleeves and get involved in the details of marketing type of marketing professional. Campaign components require project management experience in areas such as content creation (written, graphic, and video), email, web, SEM/SEO, digital and social marketing, in-person events and conferences, and webinars.

  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on campaign planning and execution
  • Skilled in developing comprehensive campaign briefs, defining clear objectives, target audience, messaging strategies, and KPIs to ensure alignment with overarching marketing goals.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Experience in collaborating with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging objectives.
  • Ability to facilitate productive meetings and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to keep cross-functional teams aligned and informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

What You’ll Do:

Your role will involve managing all aspects of campaign strategy, from receiving requests for marketing initiatives, asking the right questions to collect the needed requirements, and identifying additional opportunities or unintended consequences. Additionally, you'll oversee the creation of campaign components spanning written, graphic, and video content, as well as digital, social, and in-person marketing channels. Close collaboration with internal marketing partners such as Graphic or Video creative teams, written content teams, Event, or Affiliate Teams will be essential to supporting a complex array of marketing initiatives.

  • Leveraging your background in marketing, act as the primary point of contact for marketing campaigns and projects to effectively gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Host marketing kickoff meetings, to define roles, and establish clear project objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and department leads to create comprehensive timelines to ensure strategic alignment and realistic expectations.
  • Utilize marketing expertise to provide guidance and insights throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and industry best practices.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, offering regular updates on project progress and actively seeking input to ensure satisfaction. Proactively identify potential roadblocks or challenges and work with the team to develop solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Document project details and decisions systematically, ensuring clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team environment to achieve collective goals.
  • Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs change.

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or another related field is preferred or relevant work experience.
  • 2+years of Marketing experience.
