  • Work with Product, Sales support, Finance and regional teams to develop data collection and analysis systems to manage Pricing and Deal performance
  • Pricing performance: track the impact by market of changes in pricing levels and structure on sales, margins, sales efficiency and other downstream processes
  • Deal performance: track the impact by market, client type and product of changes in deal constructs and their impact on sales volume, margin and the sales process
  • Process performance: track the process governing pricing and deal approvals to understand exceptions to that process, why they occurred and, thus, how the process can be improved
  • Assemble the intelligence into dashboards and reporting tools and work them into the existing Pricing and Deals cadence with its internal stakeholders in regional Sales, Product and Finance teams
  • Use this performance analysis to increase sales volumes, optimize margin, accelerate & streamline the process, and handle exceptions sensibly
  • Structure and solve business problems by collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders. Organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision making. Build out unique, creative, and impactful recommendations.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the VP of Pricing and Deals, the Pricing and Deal leads and others in the broader VAS Operations organization
  • Support projects on strategy development and assessments of large opportunities
  • Support regional Sales, Finance and Product teams with the collection, analysis and sharing of data and ideas on how to pursue the opportunities that intelligence suggests
  • Support major planning activities, which may include annual strategy development and objective and key results (OKR) formulation, ongoing business performance and resource allocation checkpoints, or various other activities such as reporting.
  • Manage an Analyst and provide coaching and training to teammates.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or payments VAS, an advantage.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,700.00 to 265,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
