CFO Tech Solutions Director

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead the Digital Transformation team with consulting and technical backgrounds and play a key leadership role in helping expand the Company's fintech footprint throughout existing customer base. 
• Work with potential customers to understand their business use case and determine the missing measurable value by leveraging system analytics and usage data.
• Hire and train talent for driving the overall growth strategy. Serve as a top advisor to leads and potential clients.
• Build client relationships in the finance and technical spaces, including day to day users to Executives.
• Serve as key team leader of a consultative sales team with a core focus on developing and closing new business opportunities with current Company clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Company's solutions to ensure customers have appropriate expectations for products and services.
• Articulate abstract ideas clearly and provide a robust business case for new initiatives with customers.
• Accurately manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the Company's sales process and playbook.
• Attend industry events, such as user groups, tradeshows, and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers.
• Understand Company products within Al- Driven autonomous solution for order to cash, treasury, and accounting their features, functions and understand how they can be used to solve problems and create solutions for customers.
• Assist in building best practices and benchmarks from completed projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management (Computer Science) or related field of study.

Experience:

• Plus five (5) years supporting FinTech sales leads with technical consulting experience with fintech products including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, or Record-­to-Report.
