Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to map key accounts; prospect new business with the support of Strategic Program Managers, Channel representatives, and Marketing.

• Partner closely with Darktrace Subject Matter Experts, Technical Account Managers and Threat Analysts to address complicated use cases and deliver Proof of Values (POVs) to prospective clients.

• Build lasting, critical relationships with your client base to develop an effective and comprehensive roadmap; drive upsell opportunities that align with your customers’ long-term security goals.

• Manage renewals for your book of business in partnership with the strategic customer success team.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years full cycle sales experience with a complex sale at the Enterprise level (Essential)

• Experience selling software to Fortune 500/Strategic Accounts (Essential)

• Experience of working within the Security Industry (Essential)

• Ability to work autonomously – but also co-ordinate with multi-disciplined teams (Essential)

• Ability to leverage existing network in developing your client base within your first 6-9 months
