VP, Workforce Management Analytics Partner

In the People Analytics & Insights team at Citigroup, we solve business problems with workforce and business data.  We conduct analyses and use behavioral science to provide actionable insights and enable evidence-based decision making. Actionable insights lead to best decisions about people – individuals, teams, and organizations – to drive business performance.

The “VP, Workforce Management Analytics Partner” will be the key relationship manager for various stakeholders and project manage high-impact analytical studies that answer key questions

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with colleagues across People Analytics, Workforce Intelligence, Talent Acquisition and broader HR to conduct analyses and provide recommendations for actions that will have the maximum impact
• Manage projects from start to finish, including ideation, design, execution, change management, and iteration
• Help translate stakeholder needs to data scientists, data engineers, and visualization experts for development and deployment of analytics products 
• Lead project teams, providing guidance on execution and ensuring delivery of a final product that exceeds stakeholders’ expectations
• Visualize findings and tell a compelling story with data to present insights in an effective and usable manner
• Identify data patterns and trends and provide insights to enhance decision making capabilities
• Gather data to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and improve analyses going forward

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
• Experience working in analytics in a global environment with complex data
• Knowledge of Human Resources data, terminology and systems, especially with a focus on talent, promotion and/or performance management data
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and techniques
