Logging and Monitoring Engineer (Elastic / ELK) - Senior Engineer

At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you’ll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

Position Overview:
The Logging and Monitoring Senior Engineer - Elastic/ELK will be a significant technical contributor to the FreddieMac team. Responsibilities will include providing production support, supporting customer help requests, developing solutions using the ElasticStack to fulfill customer requirements, and to provide technical direction to other members of the team.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in on premise and cloud based platforms

Previous experience with Elastic would be a definite plus. Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Operating systems, database, network connectivity in addition to development experience would be beneficial for a candidate to get a quick start on the team

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $117,000 - $175,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
