We are currently seeking a Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Merrifield, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

NTT DATA Federal is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support the government client’s mission.  In addition to the specific job duties described below, the candidate should have the ability to plan and conduct research and analysis; communication complex information effectively; plan and organize work effectively; and work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

As well, specific work may include responding to incoming field requests to support ongoing federal, criminal investigations;  conducting analysis, using the government client’s combined law enforcement and financial data to produce actionable leads for field agents working against international organized crime; and providing intelligence products that details criminal activity and assets available for seizure, for prosecutors to target the criminal proceeds of international criminal organizations. 

ANALYTICAL TOOLS: Utilize tools to track money laundering and structuring activities of transnational criminal organizations. Evaluate and/or create techniques, activities, and tools for criminal, money laundering and counterterrorism case analysis. These tools will be available on Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).

LINK DISCOVERY: Assess organizations for networks and linkages.  An example of this task includes analyzing what other U.S. agencies, have regarding information, and determine, based on heuristic models, the actionable value added of this information. When appropriate apply social network analysis.

NOVEL TRADECRAFT:  Evaluate and combine tools such as enhanced open source, commercial data, and government data sources to assist in development of lead-based information and identification of assets for possible seizure. These tools shall be utilized to further exploit data.

INNOVATIVE ANALYSIS: Perform information development and dissemination; specifically by enabling operators to develop better insights based on the above tools and tradecraft. Also update training, processes, and mentoring approaches based on lessons learned in this task. In addition produce, manage content, and disseminate threat reports, to include liaison activities, intelligence analysis, evaluation, and case integration. Provide predictive analysis to field agents and analysts.

 Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.

o Education Equivalency: 6 years of experience will substitute degree.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in one or more intelligence disciplines, to include experience in planning and coordinating intelligence support of exercises and real-world events.

• Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement and/or Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

• Military experience desired but not required.

• Top Secret security clearance
