Clemens Food Group is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager, Key Accounts to join our Fresh Pork Sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth and developing key customer accounts while contributing to our margin growth initiatives. As a leader in the food industry, Clemens Food Group prioritizes strategic partnerships, customer-focused solutions, and innovation. Who You Are:
- A dynamic communicator with 4-6 years of food sales or marketing experience, ideally in retail.
- Skilled in negotiation, contract management, and strategic account development.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
- Collaborative and analytical, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for key fresh pork accounts, balancing supply and customer goals.
- Responsible for establishing programs/promos and go to market strategies in order to drive incremental growth.
- Lead discovery calls to identify customer needs, establish programs, and create trade-up strategies.
- Collaborate with business unit teams on pricing, market intelligence, and margin growth initiatives.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities, manage customer relationships, and resolve any service challenges proactively.
