Engineer/Senior Engineer, Backend - (MPID - NLP/Chatbot)

About the Team:

We are looking for an engineer/senior engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining chatbot products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering, an understanding of natural language processing (NLP), and a genuine interest in large language models and recommendation systems.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain chatbot services using large language model (LLM) technology, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions, and actively drive project delivery to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product requirements.
• Write clear, maintainable, and efficient code.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, familiarity with the Linux environment, proficiency in Golang or Python, and familiarity with common components such as Redis, Kafka.
• Understanding of basic machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in offline data production and familiarity with related development tools such as Spark, Hive.
• Experience in developing large language models or chatbot systems.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment
