The Technology Workforce and Talent Excellence (TWTE) team is a center of excellence (COE) that tightly aligns with and supports the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization. As our Technology organization continues to evolve, so must our talent strategy.

The Senior Program Manager of SWP will support and enable our internal partners, including the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) and their leadership teams by: 

• Enabling systematic analyzing, forecasting, and planning for their workforce

• Determining the supply and demand to meet their delivery needs

• Supporting the identification of talent management interventions based on their needs – such as having the right people with the right skills in the right places

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Program Manager of SWP will own and manage relationships with a set of senior Technology leaders and their Chief of Staff and partner with teams including Technology Portfolio and Technology Finance. This role will manage the leaders’ SWP, driving a regular cadence of meetings to review macro level insights and trending around items such as contractor/ colleague ratios, band level mix, location growth, and progress towards Early Careers Program (our graduate hire program) global placements.

The Program Manager enables this through:

• Deepening existing relationships between TWTE and the Technology Leadership Team through effective SWP management and providing a service that supports their organizational needs.

• Supporting the enablement of best-in-class self-service tools to enable modelling of the SWP and automated dashboard reporting for our partners.

• Partnership with teams across Technology to manage a systematic end-to-end process to analyze, forecast, and plan the Technology workforce.

• Deriving meaningful insights from internal data sources and external benchmarking.

• Identify solutions and drive talent recommendations based on senior leader needs.

• Collaborating effectively with partners such as Finance and our Colleague Experience Group and building key relationships to identify and manage dependencies.

• Manage outcomes by managing the details – sequencing and preparing for meetings and events thoughtfully to drive outcomes efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong analytics experience is essential with the ability to draw conclusions and make inferences from the data.

• Ability to utilize Industry trends and make meaningful recommendations. 

• Excellent communication and influencing skills required, experience with senior stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in either Technology or Consulting, or closely partnering with Technology is a plus.

• Strategic Workforce Planning experience and/or experience with people strategy or talent management interventions is preferred.

• Highly organized with experience running large scale programs.

• Understanding of Agile practices.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
