Responsibilities:

  • Lead coordination and preparation of senior management monthly and quarterly expense analysis and presentations 
  • Prepare financial reports and liaise with finance teams to provide a summary of financial trends and insight to senior management
  • Deliver expense insights and analytics by vendor, project, region, and business
  • Lead expense analysis of forecasts and strategic plans
  • Develop relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making
  • Conduct regular meetings with global expense owners to review vendor level detail and cost strategies
  • Generate expense analytics for quarter end flash results and related highlights
  • Coordinate process improvement initiatives related to expense management

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience within financial services
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of expense life cycle including capitalization process to ensure accurate and timely expense bookings
  • Must be proficient in accounting and expense management
  • Knowledge in additional systems/applications including PeopleSoft, Essbase, Qliksense and/or Board a plus
  • Highly articulate in verbal presentations and written communications, with ability to adapt the style to suit the audience
  • Experience in Corporate Financial Planning and Long-range financial planning
  • Ability to identify discrepancies in expense data and addressing them promptly
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact at all levels of an organization

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $130,000 - $170,000

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
