Overview:

This position is responsible for performing the administrative function of setting objectives, planning, and directing activities of assigned department of responsibility. This position is responsible for assuring standards of pharmacy practice and standards of patient care are consistently implemented throughout areas of responsibility. Will perform all work with accord to the mission, vision and values of Mercy Hospital Ada.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum three years of practice experience is required. Minimum of 3 years in Pharmacy leadership required.

• Required Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher degree in pharmacy.

• Licensure: Requires current pharmacist license from state(s) in which he/she practices. 

• Other: Past experiences must have demonstrated leadership ability, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to apply sound principles of management and supervision.
