Job Description

The Operations Team Lead is primarily responsible for all aspects of first line leadership of departmental operations; ensures department operations function accurately and timely for BOKF.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will support the staff of the department, serving as the point of escalation for complex situations and coordinating the departmental workflow. Your ability to listen, collaborate, respond, coach, and provide constructive feedback will set your team up for success.

• You will collaborate with department leadership, providing input regarding standard operating procedures, efficiency, minimization of loss, and other ideas to ensure service level standards are met.

• You’ll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients, including upper management.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate’s Degree in a business related field with 2 years’ operations experience or at least 2 years’ experience in a team lead capacity.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills

• Excellent leadership skills; ability to motivate employees and provide team leadership

• Excellent research and problem solving skills

• Ability to organize work flow and process improvement to ensure numerous critical deadlines are met daily
