Job Description
The Consumer Product Operations Manager develops, implements, monitors, and manages the overall risk mitigation strategies, controls and activities for consumer and small business products and services used by all BOKF banks to enhance the Corporation’s profitability. Mitigates risk by identifying potential product process gaps, decreasing operating losses to ensure regulatory compliance, and recommending operational process improvements to deliver a positive client experience through all delivery channels.

How You'll Spend Your Time
• You'll ensure Consumer Product Operations procedures comply with established consumer and business operating policies and procedures and all outside regulatory requirements to protect against reputational and financial risk.
• You'll serve as the liaison to project managers in Audit and Compliance, Risk Management, Operations and Technology and Consumer Management to adapt to legal, regulatory, technological and strategic changes and challenges.
• You'll support Consumer Banking development initiatives and provides input to the overall Consumer Learning & Development curriculum.
• You'll coordinate client service initiatives and provide exceptional service while serving as a liaison with other BOKF divisions to resolve client issues.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field study and 4-5 years of directly related experience in product management or 8-10 years of equivalent work related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of product suite and advanced knowledge of applicable consumer banking laws, banking regulations and industry compliance issues
• Thorough knowledge of consumer/small business banking products and services, bank operations, practices, and procedures
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills including database analysis, spreadsheet analysis, advertising, and research
• Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
• Excellent PC application skills including Word and Excel
• Ability to critically assess processes, and risk exposure to ensure positive client experience
• Ability to develop a collaborative partnership with lines of business
• Ability to effectively resolve escalated issues
• General knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Ability to provide leadership and direction to influence change
• Ability to make recommendations to senior management on revenue, products/processes, and/or cost savings opportunities
• Ability to adjust schedule to changing priorities and expectations
