Working as part of a team, you will play an integral role in creating peace of mind for BOKF, NA staff by protecting company assets, minimizing risk, and ensuring overall safety & security.

This is not a typical “security guard” position sitting at a static post having limited interaction with others, instead it is a highly interactive position in an environment that values our security team. While prior law enforcement or security experience is preferred it is not required.  We will train you to provide and maintain a safe working environment for our employees, contractors, and visitors, how to actively patrol and respond to potential threats against the company, and how to act as a first-responder in emergency situations as a team or on your own.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will partner with coworkers to alleviate a potential threat, which includes taking inbound calls, reviewing surveillance footage, identifying any immediate dangers, and communicating with local law enforcement and emergency services if required.

• You will be an effective communicator, both oral and written, to ensure information is conveyed appropriately and quickly during an emergency.

• You will assist employees when people attempt fraud within our banking centers.

• You will maintain documentation and provide consistent, well-written reports of incidents using an electronic incident reporting application, which may include observations, information, occurrences, activities, and interviewing witnesses.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a high school diploma and 4+ years of experience in a security function and/or completion of Security Training/Certification (Guard Card); or 7+ years of equivalent work related experience.
