SVP Agricultural Lending

The origination, servicing, and collection of agricultural loans.

Essential Job Functions

1. Origination of agricultural loans 

2. Servicing of agricultural loans

3. Collecting for agricultural loans

4. Accurately analyzing financial statements

5. Asset liability determination

6. Business development

7. Exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions

8. Drive an automobile on company business

9. Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Ability to accurately analyze financial statements and cash flows

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Excellent computer skills 

4. Ability to work without close supervision

5. Complete understanding of all lending regulations including fair lending

6. Business development skills

7. Understanding of the appraisal process and ability to adequately review appraisals

8. Understanding of how to properly protect the Bank’s interest in collateral 

9. Ability to drive an automobile

Basic Qualifications

1. Five (5) years of agricultural lending experience preferred.  Minimum four (4) years experience required.

2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

3. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
