Responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the sales and credit managers in indirect and correspondent lending.
Essential Job Functions
1. Ensures accuracy of all information entered into all systems.
2. Assists the sales support manager with data entry, review and correction of errors within loan forms/packages, daily report reconciliation, monthly mailing, and due diligence.
3. Contacts the customer/dealer to communicate consumer lending rates, disbursements and/or other information in an accurate and timely manner, as needed.
4. Maintains data integrity within front-end origination systems (i.e., Dealer Track, Route One, TCI/Decision Lender).
5. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.
6. Maintains good punctuality and attendance.
7. Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
8. Performs other related responsibilities as required or assigned.

1. Knowledge of indirect and correspondent lending.
2. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
3. Ability to provide excellent customer service and respond effectively and in a timely manner to internal and external client requests.

13. Skill in using Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Basic Qualifications
1. High School diploma required.
2. Minimum of one (1) year experience with computers, including Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel), required.
3. Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with titles and research preferred.
