We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in New York, NY (Hybrid - In office)
The incumbent will be a key member of the Chief of Staff team, supporting the Global Head of Treasury Services and Depositary Receipts, focused on helping enhance global processes, driving clear communications and managing the execution of high-profile strategic projects and initiatives. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the CoS and offer additional leverage
- Develop business updates, executive-level presentations, talking points and various internal communications
- Coordinate with cross-organizational leaders to create weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports and business updates, distributed to executive leadership
- Design, manage and drive governance for business-wide SharePoint site and intranet pages
- Assist in curating agendas, creating meeting materials and driving the flawless execution for leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, business reviews, and large-scale events
- Build reports and analytics to support general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities
- Use analytical skills to collect, process, and interpret data to solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively
- Create and streamline tools, processes and procedures to drive global efficiencies
- Partner across the business and functions to scale best practices and optimize business performance
- Manage the successful execution of strategic initiatives and process transformation
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7+ years of Financial Services and/or consulting experience strongly preferred
- Experience and demonstrated results in a global team environment
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint skills
- Dynamic problem solver – consistently utilizes a solution driven mindset
- Exceptional project manager, who is detail oriented – understands the nuances that can impact overall outcomes, and has demonstrated success delivering projects on time and on budget
- Independent and creative thinker with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects and initiatives, in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Team player that requires minimal guidance and is driven to deliver business transformation working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong influencer and thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms tailored to a specific audience
- Strong writer with excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Change agent with ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $79,000 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
