Get to Know Your Team: 

Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric and orthopedic service lines.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and personnel activities for LHS Therapy Services Department.
• Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity.
• Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
• Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies.
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Masters in Speech Therapy
• Four (4) years therapy experience
• Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity
• Current NM License in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in a related field
• Management of more than one therapy discipline
