About the position:
The TPM function in the organization is being realigned to core values – building cross-squad communication, facilitating decision-making, and owning reporting across the product. This role requires a leader who will recreate the TPM function within Digital Services, aimed at maximizing delivery and revenue, and increasing velocity across the organization. This means recruiting, establishing best practices, operational cadences, and lifecycle management processes that will enable the best collaboration and time to market. This role will work across a highly cross-functional team comprising Product Management, Software & Technology and managed functions to launch, grow and enable products. They will lead a strong, experienced team of people, modeling the HP Way practices of leadership to build a culture of purpose and integrity, ambition and agility, customer-first approach, and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and enforce TPM best practices, operational cadences, and lifecycle management processes. Drive consistent and structured execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment to business priorities and customer needs.
• Manage a team of TPMs to manage roadmap for WXP
• Manage TPM team that partners with larger R&D team
• Develop TPM best practices and grow team to be velocity enablers
• Drive collaboration across Product Management, Software & Technology, and managed functions to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of products and initiatives. Foster an environment of transparent, cross-squad communication to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Lead initiatives to maximize delivery speed, quality, and revenue by implementing effective program management frameworks. Continuously improve processes to increase velocity while maintaining high standards of delivery.
• Own the decision-making framework for technical and strategic initiatives, helping teams make informed decisions quickly and with confidence. Remove obstacles to accelerate decision-making processes.
• Own reporting for programs and initiatives across the product organization, providing transparency into delivery timelines, performance metrics, and resource allocation. Create clear and actionable reports that inform decision-making and improve cross-team collaboration.
Education and Experience:
• Deep understanding of program and project management across the entire lifecycle (concept through launch) for software products.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in scaling these methodologies across teams to drive velocity and successful product delivery.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop TPM talent, providing career guidance and feedback to grow high-performing teams.
• Strong technical background, including a deep understanding of software development processes, architecture, and technologies. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and system reliability
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent experience
• Project management certifications preferred: PMP, Agile / Scrum Master
• Typically, 10+ years Product and Project/Program Management experience
• Typically, 5+ years of People Management Experience
• Startup experience a plus
• DEX experience a plus

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $234,600 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
