Assistant Manager, Agency & FAs

This role contributes to Group Insurance through retention and organic growth of the existing business from various distribution channel.

The Job

·         Establish and maintain strong business relationship with channel partners

·         Handle policies renewal review in accordance to business underwriting, risk management guidelines;

·         Ensure services level commitments on renewal review to channel partners and clients are meet. KPIs for service level are incorporate in performance review.

·         Review and process renewal of policies within the timeline incorporated in the workflow 

·         Require to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders on placement of policy renewal, claims management and credit control governance

·         Responsible for business update and reporting on renewal performance for the respective channel

·         Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

·         Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

·         Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

Tertiary degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications;

·         Relevant working experience in client management, sales and marketing in the Employee Benefits /Group Insurance;

a)    For Manager - Minimum 3 years

·         Possess M9, M5 & Health Insurance qualification;

·         Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance landscape

·         Dynamic and driven to achieve business targets; and

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Demonstrates alignment with the organisation’s core values through expected behaviours

·         High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

·         Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
