The opportunity:
Uphold is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Analyst to join our Consumer division. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO of our Consumer Division, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, project execution, and driving innovation in consumer products and Web3 technologies.
This role is ideal for a driven professional with 2-3 years of experience, a strong academic foundation in business or related fields, and preferably an MBA. You’ll transform data into actionable insights, support high-impact projects, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive growth.

Primary responsibilities:
Project Coordination
- Support the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders by clearly communicating tasks, milestones, and progress.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or issues.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial models and turn complex datasets into compelling narratives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Strategic Support
- Partner with the CEO, Consumer Division to synthesize market insights, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Stay informed about trends in Web3 technologies and consumer behavior to offer innovative perspectives.
Communication and Collaboration
- Coordinate and manage meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
- Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or business analysis.
- MBA strongly preferred but not required.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- A basic understanding of blockchain technology or Web3 applications is a plus.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with cryptocurrencies, digital assets, or consumer products.
- Demonstrated interest in Web3 technologies, evidenced through community talks, certifications, or blog posts.
- Hands-on experience with open-source projects or personal contributions to tools addressing specific challenges.
