Fidelity Labs is looking for a Director– SaaS Sales Executive to join Catchlight. Catchlight is focused on building innovative, AI-driven technology for Financial Services – helping financial advisory firms prioritize their prospects and personalize their engagement in a coordinated and intelligent manner.  

This role will be responsible for working closely with clients, prospects, and internal teams to achieve sales targets. The position is mission critical to hitting our goals and will offer significant opportunity to grow. You will work closely with our VP of Sales, CEO, and Head of Marketing to strategize and execute our growth initiatives. 

Experience with successfully carrying a SaaS sales quota is a requirement. The ideal candidate has enterprise sales experience, and experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.  

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

• 5+ years successful B2B sales efforts & a history of beating sales targets. 

• Experience driving all stages of deals (prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing the deal). 

• A motivated competitor, with a desire to meet the challenge of sales at an early-stage company. 

• Experience selling SaaS to Financial Services or Wealth Management is preferred.  

• Ability to represent the company at industry events as an expert. Travel is required. 

• Exceptionally strong business partner with ability to collaborate and establish relationships with internal partners to cultivate new opportunities.  

• Experience utilizing a CRM (Salesforce) to manage sales cycles and provide accurate forecasts.  

• Experience managing strategic opportunities with medium to long term sales cycles. 

• You are self-driven, make things happen and show a strong desire to succeed. 

• You have outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners. 

• You get deals done while you are client focused and passionate about delivering value for your clients. 

• You show integrity in all your client and non-client interactions.
