Outpatient Director of Behavioral Health

Signet Health is actively hiring for an experienced Texas licensed or license eligible social worker, LPC or LCSW for our Director of Behavioral Health position with our outpatient program in Junction, TX. 

This is a great opportunity offering a generous market-competitive salary of up to $100,000 (based on experience), sign-on bonus of $5,000 plus relocation allowance!

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the psychiatric unit
• Supervision experience
• Leading program development with short-term and long-term goals
• Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal and licensing agency regulatory standards
• Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the program

Requirements/Qualifications

• Licensed or (license eligible) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas
• Experience working with senior adults in an outpatient setting

Hospital/Program Description

Supporting the needs of senior adults, The Heritage Program at Kimble Hospital provides intensive outpatient mental health treatment (IOP) Monday through Thursday in the least restrictive environment. Patients may return to their homes each afternoon after enjoying a free nutritious lunch. Group, individual and family therapy (with enrolled patient) are provided as well as prescribing and monitoring medications. Transportation to and from the program is provided if needed. Treatment is supervised by a psychiatrist and provided by a team that includes master’s level clinicians and mental health providers.
