Executive, Systems & Process Analyst

Working as part of the Systems & Process Analyst (Ops system) team

Key accountabilities
Business Analyst scope:

• Work with end users to propose / and review business processes involving Ops IT system to ensure optimal workflow and ease of use.
• Analyse IT issues raised for business process review to improve / mitigate existing IT system issues

System Analyst scope:

Work with end users to improve systems function / feature designs for existing and new Ops IT system.
Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes with IT vendor and implement rectifications / solutions.
Handle level 1 / 2 support for Ops IT systems assigned.

Data Analyst scope:

Interpret and analyze data for Ops IT system improvement

Others:

• Assist to develop and maintain documentation such as user manuals, training .
• IT systems assigned includes but not limited to:
• Primary: Plexus, eOrder, eResults, RPA, Tunas,
• Liaison: CMS, MH360, CRM, Webchat, chatbot

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Degree Education
• Preferably (candidate with no experience in the below are welcome to apply as well)
• Business process / IT related experience
• With background in healthcare or IT
