Compliance Manager

The Role
• Co-manage the IHH Group Compliance Unit by keeping abreast of global corporate regulatory developments and ensure IHH-wide compliance.
• Co-manage the Group Data Protection Office and provide leadership and support to all Division Data Protection Offices.

Key accountabilities
• Support formulation and implementation of IHH Group policies owned or supported by the compliance function.
• Support implementation of IHH Group projects involving the compliance function.
• Support the development and delivery of IHH Group initiatives of the compliance function such as training, corporate communication, and education and awareness campaign.
• Develop and maintain IHH Group knowledge management systems for the compliance function.
• Produce and maintain IHH Group documentation for the compliance function.
• Develop and maintain IHH Group repositories, databases, and registers for the compliance function.
• Develop/Procure, and implement and maintain, IHH Group digital solutions administered or operated by the compliance function.
• Develop and administer IHH Group inquiry, reporting, feedback, discussion and community of practice platforms and channels.
• Provide IHH-wide compliance advisory.
• Manage affairs of the Group Data Protection Office.

Qualifications & Experience
• Undergraduate degree from a reputable university
• Certification in Data Protection
• Experience working in healthcare industry
• Experience dealing in corporate compliance matters
• Specialised Data Protection knowledge
• Data Protection-related contract review skills
• Policy and report writing
