Key accountabilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews
• Responsible for reviewing the recruitment strategy, campaigns and achieving the recruitment target and building talent pipelines
• Active involvement in career fairs and networking sessions
• Liaise with statutory agencies and governing body on the necessary licenses
• Work closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers on their recruitment needs
• Prepare salary proposal and obtain the required approvals
• Update recruitment tracking reports in a timely manner
• Continuously develop a wide talent pool of suitable candidates
• Respond to calls and emails from stakeholders
• Other duties as and when assigned
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management or related disciplines
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Experience from inhouse or agency is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
