We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Technical Training and Development Manager to lead and develop our Technical expertise within Roadside Assistance and Technical Operations. This role is pivotal in enhancing roadside repair rates through advanced technical knowledge and training strategies.

Your Role at a Glance

As the Technical Training and Development Manager, you will oversee the following teams:

• Technical Training Team – Driving technical excellence through structured learning programs.

• Technical Administration Team – Ensuring seamless operational support.

• GCC India RSA Support Teams – Collaborating to enhance global efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Training & Development

• Lead and enhance the technical training function for Roadside Technicians.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop best-in-class repair and recovery methods.

• Maintain industry accreditations (PAS43, IMI, ATA, IVR) and ensure compliance with training requirements.

• Develop modern learning programs, utilizing the latest training methodologies.

• Expand accredited training options to support technician career growth.

Technical Administration & Operations

• Ensure smooth administrative support for Roadside Technicians.

• Maintain accurate payroll, holiday, sickness, and disciplinary records.

• Oversee the efficient processing of purchase orders, invoices, and compliance documentation.

• Keep security, evacuation, and disaster recovery procedures up to date.

• Support cross-functional teams, including Fleet, Technical Operations, and Regional Management.

Your Leadership Responsibilities

• Quality & Performance Management – Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within your teams, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

• Communication & Collaboration – Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.

• Planning & Budget Control – Manage budgets effectively while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Reporting & Compliance – Ensure accurate reporting, regulatory adherence, and participation in business development projects.
