One of the most disruptive forces in technology in the coming decade is the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and companies that embrace AI may gain a competitive advantage over those that don’t realize its importance in the following years. AI tools can process an enormous volume of data and apply self-learning or supervised-learning algorithms for a better understanding of the customers’ preferences and for predicting customer behavior. About the Presenter
Ivana Ljubic is the academic director of the ESSEC & Mannheim EMBA program. She teaches Decision Analytics, Optimal Decision Making, Operations Research, and Supply Chain in various programs at ESSEC Business School. Prior to joining ESSEC in 2015, she worked at the University of Vienna. She has also worked at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, TU Dortmund, TU Berlin, and Dauphine University. Ivana teaches and researches the role of Business Analytics in decision-making in the era of Big Data and AI.
