In this webinar, Doug Kysar, a Yale Law School professor who also teaches in the MBA for Executives program at the Yale School of Management, will provide an overview of the climate change crisis and offer insights into how it will impact our laws, our organizations, and our lives in the long run.
About the Presenter
Professor Doug Kysar is Joseph M. Field ’55 Professor of Law at Yale Law School. His teaching and research areas include torts, animal law, environmental law, climate change, products liability, and risk regulation; for the MBA for Executives program at the Yale School of Management, he teaches courses on climate change policy and the legal context of management. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Indiana University in 1995 and his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1998. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable William G. Young of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He has won the MBA for Executives Award for Teaching in Sustainability several times, most recently in 2020.
